North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week

May 3-9, 2009 has been designated as North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week.

As many of you are aware May 3-9, 2009 has been designated as North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week. NAOSH Week is celebrated across Mexico, The United Sates and Canada with a goal of focusing the attention of employers, employees, the general public and all partners in occupational safety and health on the importance of preventing injury and illness in the workplace, at home and in the community.

This year the Calgary NAOSH Committee has organized five events;

  • A Professional Development Course
  • A Conference and Trade Show
  • A CSSE Luncheon and Keynote Speaker
  • The Official Proclamation
  • A Community Event
